Payment towards your tour
More than 150 days before departure:
10% of booking cost
Between 149 and 119 days before departure:
50% of booking cost
Between 118 and 89 days before departure:
70% of booking cost
90 days or fewer before departure:
100% of booking cost
Option 1: Lumpsum Payment:
Based on your days from departure, you will have up to the days outlined above to complete your total payment. This extended period allows you to budget and plan your payments conveniently.
Option 2: Progressive Weekly Payments:
Weekly payment can be set up based on a preferred weekly split as long as it meets the deposit booking days. Any booking made less than 90 days prior to the departure date must be accompanied by full payment at the time of making the booking.

Upon booking your seat, a dedicated Tour Director will be assigned to guide you through your entire experience, ensuring that you have a trusted and knowledgeable companion every step of the way.

Travel insurance is part of the deal, ensuring peace of mind, and all transportation from the start to the end of your journey is arranged for you.
Transportation is fully arranged, including intercity travel via comfortable coaches or cars, as well as domestic flights to help you move efficiently between destinations. Whether you're traveling by land or air, we've got it covered from start to finish.

Travelling Solo
If you're traveling solo and feeling a bit anxious about going it alone, don't worry—we've got you covered.
With Beyond Horizonz, you can catch the same flight as your Travel Director, ensuring you have support from the moment you take off.
Your Travel Director will be there to guide you through every step of the journey, from airport check-in to customs and beyond. You'll never have to navigate a new place on your own; they'll be with you to answer questions, offer advice, and help you settle in.
So, take a deep breath and relax—you'll have a knowledgeable and friendly companion throughout your adventure.
Luggage
The amount of luggage you can bring depends on your airline's baggage policy and the specific fare class you've booked. Typically, airlines have restrictions on the number of bags and the weight of each bag.
Here are some general guidelines:
Checked Baggage:
Most airlines allow you to check one bag, with a weight limit per bag, usually around 23 kilograms. Some airlines may charge extra fees for additional checked bags. Not exceeding a height of 79cm.
Carry-On Baggage:
You can usually bring one small carry-on bag and one personal item (like a purse or laptop bag) into the cabin. These items must meet size and weight restrictions set by the airline. Generally, it should not exceed 7 kilograms in weight or 50 cm in height.
Overweight or Oversized Bags:
Be aware that if your bags exceed the weight or size limits, you may incur additional fees.
Special Items:
If you're traveling with special items like sports equipment, fragile items or musical instruments, check with your airline in advance for their policies and any fees associated with transporting such items.
International Travel Checks and Baggage Policy:
For international flights, baggage allowances can vary widely, so it's essential to check with your airline or refer to your ticket for specific details.
Please be advised that it is the responsibility of passengers to ensure that their luggage complies with the airline's size, weight, and safety regulations. In the event that your luggage does not meet these standards and requires special handling or incurs additional expenses, the passenger will be solely responsible for covering any associated costs. We strongly recommend reviewing the airline's baggage policies before travelling to avoid any inconvenience or unexpected charges.
