Payments towards booking
More than 150 days before departure:
10% of booking cost
Between 149 and 119 days before departure:

Option 1: Lumpsum Payment:
Based on your days from departure, you will have up to the days outlined above to complete your total payment. This extended period allows you to budget and plan your payments conveniently.
Option 2: Progressive Weekly Payments:
Weekly payment can be set up based on a preferred weekly split as long as it meets the deposit booking days. Any booking made less than 90 days prior to the departure date must be accompanied by full payment at the time of making the booking.
How far in advance should I book my tour?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak periods when we can be booked out up to three to four months in advance. A minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is required for all bookings. If you need arrangements outside of this timeframe, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What is included in the tour price?
Our all-inclusive tour price covers everything from ferry tickets to Waiheke Island, private chauffeur transport on the island, wine tastings, a three-course meal with a $75 bar tab per person, and olive oil tastings. You will also receive a olive oil gift set and a custom-designed picture booklet to remember your experience.
Is the tour suitable for all ages?
While the tour offers a relaxed and enjoyable experience, it does include winery visits, which may not be suitable for children. If you’re travelling with younger guests, please let us know in advance so we can recommend or customise the experience to better suit your group.
What happens if I don’t spend my full bar tab?
If you do not use your full $75 bar tab during your meal at Mudbrick Vineyard, the remaining balance can be spent on wines or merchandise from the Mudbrick Wine Cellar.
If you prefer to exclude the bar tab, let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
What should I bring for the tour?
We recommend bringing your ID, comfortable shoes for exploring, a camera to capture the stunning views, and sunscreen for the outdoor portions of the day. All meals, beverages, and tastings are included.
